Autumn Hymn Sing Outdoors, 11-8

Dear Church Family,

What lovely weather! We are going to take advantage of it for one more Sunday worship in the parking lot. And by take advantage, I mean sing lots! Especially with infection rates on the rise, we will have one sung hymn at best when we go back inside. So let’s sing some of our favorite harvest-theme hymns this Sunday! (Attached)
It’s also Veterans’ Day weekend, and while this election has been crazy and stressful, we should all be proud of how well the voting went and the record high turnout. So the choir will lead us in some American-themed music before worship, and I encourage you to join in. Our Message for All Ages will be focused on gratitude for the service of our veterans.
We continue to encourage masks while outside. And please bring your own folding chair, although we can bring one out for you if you forget.
I hope singing together in worship, away from our screens and news, will be a positive step towards feeling like we are coming back together. Peace be with you.
